Tommie Jean Campbell

Tommie was born January 7, 1947 in Shawnee, OK, to William Alvin and Betty Louise Copeland-Dodd. She married James Ronald Campbell on October 29, 1966 in Pampa, TX. They were married 54 years.

She graduated high school from Pampa High School in 1965. She was a member of the Eastern Stars and a member of the First Baptist Church of Ponca City, OK. She was an active in the church choir and also taught children’s Sunday School. Tommie was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother to 6 grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Linda Kaye Dodd-Smith of Pampa, TX. She is survived by her husband, James Ronald Campbell of Lubbock, TX, two daughters, Jammie Parnell and husband Johnnie of Richmond, TX and Bobbie Jo Page and husband Jon of Muleshoe, TX. She is also survived by her 6 grandchildren, Jon Michael, Jenna Michelle and Jordyn LeeAnne Parnell, Brenden Eric, Ellanie Mae and Dillon Marc Page.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Jon Michael Parnell, Brenden Eric Page, Johnnie Parnell, Jon Page, James Brock and Wayne Downing.

In Lieu of flowers, the family asks to please make a donation to the Shriners Children’s Hospital in Houston, TX.
