Sue Brown

Sue was born on March 4, 1939 to the late Fred and Edith Holmes in Comanche, Texas. She attended school in the Roosevelt ISD where she was a championship basketball player. She married Claud Brown on April 20, 1960 in Lubbock. She was a devoted wife and mother who enjoyed spending time with her children and was a mom to many of their friends as well. In her spare time she enjoyed spending time at the water fishing and with her granddaughter.

She was a woman of amazing faith and love. She was baptized at Highland Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Bobby, Gene, Tommy, Jimmy, and Billy Holmes; sister, Anna Moore.

She is survived by her husband of over 54 years Claud Brown; children, Scott Brown, Becky Keneda and husband Roy; her cherished granddaughter Kady Keneda; sister Patsy Wood; numerous other relatives and friends.
