Pablo M. Perez

Pablo was married Linda Gonzales on October 23, 1974. They shared 47 years of love together.

Pablo worked as a mason for Smith and Sweet Masonry for over 30 years. He was a hard worker who was great at what he did. Pablo was never one to sit still. You can always see him doing something, such as, dancing through the living room, working on the landscape, or remodeling. He was a long time member of Christ the King Catholic Church in Lubbock, Texas.

He is survived by his wife Linda G. Perez, his children Victor Perez, Nora Garcia and husband Jimmy, Sylvia Rodriguez and husband Chris, Norma Velasquez and husband Paul, Rosemary Perez, Vickie Taylor and husband Billy, and Mondo Perez; step-children Cynthia Vasquez, Elizabeth Rios and husband Joe, Patricia Anderson, Diana Leal, and Hilda Luna and husband Michiel; 46 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; sisters Eva Garcia and Janie Trevino; and brothers Ablino Garcia and Cruz Garcia.

He is preceded in death by his son Paul Perez Jr. and his parents.

A Visitation for Pablo will be held Thursday, February 24, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home, 5740 West 19th Street, Lubbock, Texas 79407. A Rosary will occur Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 6:00 PM, 5740 West 19th Street, Lubbock, Texas 79407. A Funeral Mass will occur Friday, February 25, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Christ the King Cathedrial, 4011 54th Street, Lubbock, Texas 79413.
