Orville Raymond Cloude Jr, 88 of Lubbock, passed away Friday, July 29, 2022. Orville was born in Henrietta,Texas to Orville Cloude Sr and Ola Cloude on February 18,1934. He graduated from Spur, Texas in 1952. He attended college 1952-1954 in San Antonio, where he met the love of his life. Orville and LaNell Brewer were married in Lovington, New Mexico on March 23, 1955. Orville was a Veteran, he served in the Army from March 1954 to March 1957. Orville started his career as a Postal Clerk/Carrier in October 1966 and continued his employment here until retirement. Orville loved his fishing trips, tinkering with all things and his family.
Orville is survived by his only daughter Kay Huddleston; three grandchildren, Scott Feazell (wife Jamie), Christie Faz (husband Greg), Trevor Huddleston (wife Alexandra); Eleven great-grandchildren, Kylie, Alucia, Lilian, Mitchell, Taylor (Michael), Caitlin (Taylen), Tyler, Brayden, Dain, Hayden, Lilly and 3 great-great grandchildren, McKenna, Kason and Bennett; Brother Ronnie Cloude (wife Jeanette), sister in law Linda Cloude; and so many other loved ones.
Orville was preceded in death by his parents, Orville Cloude Sr., Ola CLoude; brothers Gary, Randy and Jack Cloude; and his wife of 50+ years LaNell Cloude.
The Family will receive friends at Resthaven Funeral Home on Friday August 5, 2022 from 9a.m. Services will follow at 10a.m with burial at 11a.m. in Resthaven Memorial Park .
