Mildred Alice Buchanan

Mildred was born in Crowell, Texas, on July 31, 1928 to the late Rubin and Alice Brisco. She worked for General Electric and Nunn Electric in Lubbock and served as the church secretary at Grace Assembly of God for many years. She married Rufus Paul Buchanan on April 12, 1997; they resided in Lubbock. She was a long time member of the Assemblies of God Faith.

Left to cherish her memory is her beloved husband of 19 years, Paul Buchanan; children, Elizabeth Vinson, of Denver City, Texas, Melvin Eubanks and wife Kimberly, of Plains, Texas, Evelyn Harwell, of Dallas, Texas, Earnest Eubanks and wife Rae, of Lubbock, Texas, Tommy Buchanan and wife Linda, of Lubbock, Texas, and Paul Buchanan Jr. and wife Beth, of Paris, Texas; step-children, Neva Peace, of Paris, Texas, Dale Williams, of Paris, Texas, and Carl Ray Williams, of Junction, CO; 14 grandchildren; 15-great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild and many close friends she considered family.
