5/23/1960 – 8/13/2022
Lori Yablonsky of Lubbock, Texas passed away peacefully at University Medical Center on August 13, 2022. Lori was not the mother everyone wanted but the one that at times they needed. Lori ran a successful in home daycare for many years raising some of Lubbock’s finest young men and women.
Lori was preceded in death by Her mother, Barbara Satterwhite and her father Brad Satterwhite. She was also fortunate enough to have found love more than once.
She survived her first husband Staci Anderton’s donor, Preston McClanahan, and a very special Man Richard (Frank) Cunningham the father of Bradlin Cunningham whom also took Staci as his own. Besides the two surviving children she is also survived by five grandchildren that she loved more than life. Keeli Satterwhite her best friend, Symphony Anderton, Scarlett Black, Aiden Black, and Loreli Black. She is also survived by her husband of 17 years Barry Yablonsky.
She never forgot a single child’s birthday or holiday. You may have gotten a card for Easter in August, but she never forgot to send bunny fufu. But most importantly she had two outstanding son in laws, Nikk Anderton and Glenn Black both of Texas and were both crazy enough to marry into her family. There was never a dull moment with Lori but that’s what made it a fun and exciting adventure.
