After spending 22 years in the service of his country with the US Air Force, he turned his focus to building a financial services business in Lubbock under the name of L&M Financial Services. Over 30 years Lewis helped his clients with tax preparation and book keeping activities.
Lewis is survived by two sons, Jon Chester of Dallas, Texas, Chad Chester of South Bend, Indiana and two granddaughters, Kennedy and Marin of South Bend, Indiana.
Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, September 7, 2018 in the Abbey Chapel at Resthaven Funeral Home.
