Ken served in the United States Army Air force during WWII. He married the love of his life, Darleen Moore. Since 1945, they had made their home in Lubbock where they have also been members of the First United Methodist Church.
Ken was a realtor and then went on to retire from the Federal Housing Authority.
Those left to honor and cherish his memory are his loving wife of 68 years, Darleen, three children; Jane Hodges and husband, David, Janis Moreman and husband, Bill and Dan Richardson, and three grandsons; John Hodges, Mark Hodges and Jayme Mathis.
Celebration of life services for Ken will be held at 2 pm, Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at Resthaven’s Abbey Chapel. Friends may call from 10 am to 8 pm, Tuesday at Resthaven Funeral Home.
