Julie Turner

She was born in Lubbock, Texas on June 8th, 1968. Julie graduated from Plainview High School, in Plainview, Texas, and attended South Plains College where she earned her Associates Degree to pursue a career in nursing. Julie worked for Texas Mutual Insurance in various roles over her 26-year career with the company. Julie was a devoted member of The Message Church in Lubbock, Texas, where she volunteered to help coordinate the presentations for their services. She loved baseball, working on home projects, and most importantly, spending time with her family.

Julie was preceded in death by her father, Fred Campbell.

She is survived by her mother, Verlene Campbell, her son and daughter-in-law, Brandon and Stacy Turner, her brothers, George and Larry Campbell, and her sister, Janie Ritesman.

A visitation for Julie will be held Wednesday, November 9, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 5740 West 19th Street, Lubbock, Texas 79407. A funeral service will occur Thursday, November 10, 2022 at 2:00 PM at The Message Church, 5502 Auburn Street, Lubbock, Texas 79416 with a burial to follow at Resthaven Cemetery in Lubbock, Texas.
