Dad thanks for all the amazing memories  & love you  showed us. I will miss all the conversations we had. You always wanted us to do good for ourselves and take care of our families. I loved how you always asked about Carla & Madi every time we talked.  I love you dad we will never ever forget Jose Antonio Cruz my awesome dad!

Brother I’m going to miss you so much I’m going to miss hearing you say “ Goodmorning how are you this morning “ every time you called me and when you would hang up you would say “bye bye bye bye “ And when I was sad you would always tell me it would be okay everything was going to be good and I would feel so much better . Everytime we would get together it was always a great time !! I’m gonna miss our trips to ruidoso  but just know I will never forget you! You were more then my brother you were my best friend! How do I even explain how grateful I am for being part of your life for the last 13 years. I was very lucky to have you as a father-in-law. You were always a happy and kind loving person. I loved how you loved all your kids and all their families! How inviting you were to everyone and made us feel like family.  You raised Tony Jr. into a great son, husband, and especially a great dad. He has a lot of similarities just like you. Were especially blessed that our girls got to have you as long as they could. They love you sooo much and will never forget you. We enjoyed the moments spent on the weekends with you and all the summers vacations we took every year. If I’ve learned anything about you is that all you cared about was putting your family first before yourself.  You were an amazing husband, father, and grandpa. Thank you for treating me like your own and loving our girls Emilee and Zoe. We love you and always will. 

Hard to even think that your gone!! While I was home I waited for you to walk in and say something funny to your sisters (my tia’s) and hear them say “ ay Tony’’... I’d sat outside and wait for your truck...  still no you Dad...I miss you like crazy.. I guess my best memories  of you were all the times you never gave up on me no matter how hard headed I was/am.. all the times money was tight and you made Christmas special. But my favorite memory was when I was in basic training and you wrote me a short letter and you tried  to explain that writing wasn’t very good but to me it was the best thing that I had ever read, I was starting to feel homesick and wanted to give up and in that letter you said I made the right decision to join the Army and  that you were very very proud of me and you were happy that I was your son! That lit a fire under my ass that you Would not believe. I knew I could not  quit  at that point So   I did what you would do, I WORKED  HARDER! just like you Dad! thanks again for everything every conversation every look that you gave me  when you knew I was messing up, every hug and for being there for my brothers and sisters and grand your grandkids, we won’t let them forget you or your smile!!  I love you Dad ! Thank you  Thank you. Thank you!

My awesome funny tio! Where to even begin, my most memories with you are when I was younger n always drove with my dad to y'all's house while he took care of his "other family" that's what Mom called his cows n chivos 😂. Always loved being there with y'all because you were always funny and you passed that along to your kiddos because they act the same way too!! Laughter is all I remember when being around you!! We will miss you but trust me when I say your memories will be with us always and I know your sisters will make sure to remind us something funny you would say or do!! Love you tio and see you later! 

My memory of my Tio was always making us laugh! He always was so loving and caring! Loved when we would spend time with him wish we could have had more time! Love and miss you Tio! 😘😘

The good memories i have of my uncle is how we all used to get together at his house for the fourth of July to pop fireworks we always had a bad ass time! 


In the short time I have been in the Cruz Family you have been so welcoming and loving along with the family.  I am thankful for you because you showed my husband Manuel how to be an amazing husband, the best dad and a hard working man like you.  I love how baby Gabriel remembers you as always hugging him and loving on him.  We will always love you and always remember you.

My dad always knew how to put a smile on our face when we we’re down. You always put us first and everyone one else. You worked hard to give us what we needed and never complained. Daddy we love you and miss you so much. I know you are in a better place.  I am going to miss those Saturday’s and Sunday’s when we watched football together all day. The rivalry we had with Tony and Manuel on Saturday’s and the  rivalry we had with Alex and Martin on Sunday’s.
