Junior passed from this life on Sunday, January 12, 2014. He was born March 4, 1939 in
Alba, Texas to Mamie and John Adams. Junior married the love of his life, Judy Adams, on
November 19, 1965 in Lubbock, Texas. Junior loved a good card game and was known to
dosi-do as a member of the Indian Squares - Square Dance Club. He took great joy in
watching his two boys play sports and traveling with his extended family. Junior loved his family, as well as Judy’s family.
He is preceded in death by his parents, 6 brothers, Albert Guy,
Clifton, JD, Kenneth, Wiley, Herman, and one sister, Ruth “Sister”. He is survived by his wife,
Judy: two sons, Stacy and wife Jane, Kirby and wife Katy; 3 grandchildren, Bryan, Tyler and
Mattie and one great-grandchild, Austin; a brother Quincy Adams and numerous nieces and
nephews. Memorials are suggested to your favorite charity.
