He worked in the dry cleaning service industry for over 35 years, with the last being Tide Cleaners.
Joe loved his family & always had his camera in hand for every event or function taking many photos as keepsakes.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Juan & Angelita Martinez, siblings, Aurora Martinez, Maria Guadalupe Gloria, Sylvia & Janie Martinez.
He is survived by his children, Rosalinda (Mark) Gloria, Patricia Orozco, Sherry (Jim) Christensen & Brandon (Kristy) Martinez. He has 10 grandchildren & 6 great grandchildren. 2 brothers, 4 sisters, and several brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws.
Service's are under the direction of Resthaven Funeral home 5740 19th St., Lubbock Tx. 79407 & are being held, Friday July 2, 2021. Viewing will begin at 5pm with a Holy Rosary that will begin at 6pm.
The rosary will be live streamed through the Funeral homes Facebook page. Cremation will be done following at a later date.
