She was born on April 13, 1985 to Richard and Betty Holder.
She graduated from New Home ISD in 2003 and attended Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. She worked at NTS Communications, now Vexus, for 12 years. Jessica was known for her humor and loved nothing more than teasing family and friends.
She will be greatly missed by her children; her parents; her sister, Krista Holder, and her brother, Scott Holder and his family, Carrie, Rachel and Aaron.
