James E Parker, 77, passed away Tuesday July 28, 2015 in Lubbock. He was born January 30, 1938 in Anton TX to Monroe and Floy Parker. James married Charlsie Davis June 26, 1960. He sold Cotton Gins and machinery for 50 years last working for Consolidated Gin Machinery.
James was an avid gun and knife collector. He made knives, jewelry and did stain glass work.
Survivors include his wife, of 55 years, Charlsie; son, Scott Parker and wife Tanya of Wolfforth; daughter, Michelle Parker-Jones and husband Cody of Pickerington, OH; grandchildren Gena Parker of Lubbock and Dane Jones of Pickerington, OH; close family friend, Kim Cutter and husband Ronnie of McKinney, TX; brothers, Carlton Parker and wife Jane of Littlefield and Mac Parker and wife Lynda of Round Rock; sister, Pat Parker of Lubbock.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Tim Parker.
