Frank Lozano Saiz, 79, of Lubbock went to be with the Lord on January 9, 2017. He was born April 20, 1937 in Carlsbad, New Mexico.
Frank Saiz married Sandra Gonzales Saiz on June 16, 1990. Frank served 20 years active military duty with the United States Air Force and retired in 1977.
Frank Saiz started his own business in 1983. Formerly Lubbock Insurance Services, now known as Fransan Insurance Services, which is still in operation.
Frank leaves behind his wife, Sandra Saiz; four children: Ronald A. Saiz, Sandra A. Martines, Frank R. Saiz, and Sharon M. Martines. He also leaves two stepchildren, Jessica A. Salinas and Michael J. Salinas, and thirteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
