Clarence Payne, 88, passed away on Saturday, February 9, 2013 in Sterling City.
Clarence worked for 37 years as a member of the International Association of Bridge Structural, Ornamental and Reinforcing Iron Workers Local Union No. 263. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He will be missed by all that knew him
Clarence was preceded in death by son, Carl Edward Payne and beloved wife of 52 years, Dene.
He is survived by his children, Deeanna Peel of San Angelo, Michael Payne of San Antonio, Debra Crawford of Colorado City and Karen Payne of Kerrville along with 8 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, 13, 2013 at Resthaven Abbey Chapel with burial to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
