Cheryl Jeane "Sherri" Wooton

Celebration of life for Cheryl Jeane “Sherri” Wooton, will be held at 1 pm, Saturday, August 4, 2012 at Resthaven’s Abbey Chapel with Rev. Jim Bales officiating. Interment will follow at Resthaven Funeral Home. A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 pm, today at Resthaven Funeral Home.

She passed from this life August 1, 2012.

Sherri was born July 14, 1952 in Lamesa, to the late Harris and Lillie Mae (Clinton) Frazier.

Sherri was a volunteer at Meals on Wheels for many years. A loving and giving person she always put others before herself.She was capable, skilled and supportive in a thousand ways to her friends and family. She will be remembered for her wonderful pumpkin bread, her love of gardening and fishing.

Those left to honor and cherish her memory are her loving husband, Rich Wooton, daughters; Kimberly Martin, Kristi Anderson, Tonya Barnhill, sons; Michael Crafton and Rick Wooton, sisters; Sandra Lewis, Sue Brooks, Jo Ackors and the light of her life, her grandchildren; Braxton, Mackenzie, Kolton, Michael, Samantha, Devin, Kara, Jacob, Justin, Austin, Marcella and Rachel.
