Cheryl Follis

Celebration of Life service for Cheryl Follis, 39, of Lubbock will be held at 1 pm, Saturday, June 11, 2011 at Resthaven’s Abbey Chapel with Rev. Ricky Hatter officiating. Cheryl was taken from this life Saturday, June 4, 2011.

Cheryl was born April 19, 1972 in Lubbock to Thomas and Nicki (Evans) Follis. She graduated from Levelland High School in 1990 and South Plains College. She was an LVN for over 12 years, an RN for 2 years and was currently pursuing a degree as a nurse practitioner. Cheryl had a wonderful connection with her second family at Bender Terrace. She was a member of Levelland Missionary Baptist Church. Cheryl was an outstanding cook and was a beautiful, wonderful, loving, generous, caring special person who will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Follis.

Those left to honor and cherish her memory are her beloved daughter, Bryhanna Follis, fiancé, Matt Humphreys, son Nacoma Humphreys, mother, Nicki Follis, brothers, Brandon Follis and wife, Marleen Isaacs, Watson Garcia, sister, Amber Follis and nieces, Kaitlin Knox, Skyler and Chloe Follis, nephew, Nicholas Doss and numerous aunts, cousins and additional family members that loved her dearly
