Delores was born September 21, 1921 in Hector, Arkansas to Otho Luther and Laura Mae (Bradford) Tredwell. She married the love of her life David Dixon on September 22, 1939. Delores was a member of Sunset Church of Christ. She enjoyed sewing, embroidering, crocheting, making Afgans, fishing and traveling in their motor home. Delores retired from the School Snack Bar in Coronado High School. She is preceded in death by her husband David; her parents; brother, Allen; sister, Reba; daughter-in-law Sharon; great grandson, Bruce Bracht II; and great granddaughter, Shara Pierson. Delores is survived by her son Wendell Dixon; daughters, Catherine King and husband Gerry, Joyce Boyd and husband Ted, Loretta Carlegis; 12 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 7 great-great grandchildren; and sister, Rita Loomis of Hartville, MO.
