Billie W. Beasley Logan

Billie Beasley Logan, age 81 of Woodrow, passed away July 9, 2016. Billie was born January 19, 1935 in Post, TX to Melvin and Clara Bruce Beasley. She married Alton Logan and was married for 41 years until his passing in 2005.

She was a cotton classer for the USDA and was a secretary at American State Bank. She was a strong Christian woman and was the backbone of her family. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and greatgrandchildren as well as tending to her garden. She will be remembered for her unconditional love and strength.

Survived by her children, Clarence Wayne Barber, Dawn Michelle Barber and Lea Andra Wilson; 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; brothers, Donny, William, Walter, Kenneth, Robert and Danny Beasley. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, stepson Dale Logan, brothers, Jimmy and Melvin Beasley and her sister, Clara Ruth Young.
