Betty is survived by seven children; Kay Wiese, Gail Devitt, Jimmy Phillips, Sharron Scoggin, Cathey Allamon, Susan Cutshall, and Teresa McNeely, 20 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren, two sisters; Earlene Garland and Wanda Hawkins.
Betty was preceded in death by two husbands, a son, Cecil McNeely, a grandson, Sean Scoggin and a granddaughter, Katelyn Cranston.
Funeral Services will be Saturday, September 30, 2017 at 10 am at First Church of the Nazarene, 6110 Chicago Ave, Lubbock, TX 79424 with interment following in Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Friday, September 29, 2017 from 6-8 pm at Resthaven Funeral Home.
