She was born in Lubbock, Texas on March 22, 1948 to Andy and Rudell Saddler. She married Don Dillon on October 7, 1966. Betty had a career in real estate and assisted her husband in their home building business as designer and decorator for 25 years. She was a member of West Texas Home Builders Association. She enjoyed painting, camping in the mountains of New Mexico, Caribbean cruises, boating at Lake Alan Henry and being a grandmother.
She was preceded in death by both parents and one brother, Leon Saddler, of Bovina, Texas.
She was survived by her husband, Don, a daughter, Cindy Allen, two grandchildren, Lindsey Allen and Bradley Allen, three great-grandchildren Ella, Nia and Ely Esparza, and a sister, Karon Campbell and her husband, Marlin, all of Lubbock.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Faith Temple, 2408 74th St., Lubbock.
