Chris is survived by his loving wife Beata Kurek, aunt Irene, nieces Tina, Andrea, cousins John and Lily, sisters-in-law Alexandra, Karen Kurek, brothers-in-law Dominic and Peter.
Friends are invited to attend the recitation of the Rosary, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Middletown.
A reception following Chris' services will be held at Beata's home; 12010 Shenandoah Road, Middletown. Please come to this time of sharing, and friendship.
