When she was young the family moved to Kansas so that her father could be a curator for the Eisenhower Museum. As a child she had tea with Mamie Eisenhower. She loved riding her horse.
Her mom, Shirley, started Meals on Wheels in Kansas. Lisa and her father enjoyed participating in Scottish Heritage Foundation USA.
She was a late night disc jockey as Lisa McNeill for 7 years in the early 80’s in Salina, KS. She appreciated and collected music of all genres.
Lisa and Phillip Andrews were married in Boulder, CO, Aug 21, 1998.
Despite suffering from lupus most of her life she was very kind and cheerful.
She loved theater and with Phillip enjoyed acting in Longmont Theater company and doing Shakespearean plays. She dressed in kilts to work as a distributor for Scottish Whiskey.
Her last career was as a Library Assistant at Loveland Public Library.
She relished literature, loved to make jewelry and knitting hats.
She passed peacefully on April 2, 2021 in her Ponderosa Pine Mountain home.
Her husband, Phillip Andrews and close friend, Claudia Lanigan, were at her bedside as she transitioned to spirit.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband, Phillip Andrews and her brother, Eric Wickman.
She was a co-creator of HavenRockHouse, HRH Farms, and HavenRockHolistics.
The Family will hold a Celebration of life for Lisa July 30th from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
