Kathryn Helen Lindgren

Kathryn “Kathy” Lindgren, 78, of Loveland, CO passed away Tuesday Sept. 26, 2023. Born in Des Moines, Iowa, she was the daughter of the late Gordon and Helen Dixon. She graduated from Perry High School and attended Drake University, where she earned a Pharmacology degree. After graduating from Drake, Kathy moved to Colorado to pursue her Pharmacy career.

While in Colorado, she met and married Myron Lindgren. Kathy and Myron eventually settled in Loveland, Colorado where they raised their two boys, Jeff and Chris. Kathy loved being a mom and attending her boy’s sporting events.

Kathy was a Pharmacist in the Loveland/Fort Collins area for over 30 years. She was passionate about her work and thoroughly enjoyed meeting and serving her customers over the years.

Kathy is survived by her husband of 53 years, Myron; and her children Jeff (Karlie) Lindgren of Loveland, CO, and Chris (Sarah) Lindgren of Fort Collins, CO, and her eight grandchildren, Mason, Kate, Lilly, Connor, Mckenzie, Dylan, Aiden and Teagan. Kathy is also survived by her sisters Dixie Powell of San Antonio, TX, and Mary Kersey of Des Moines, IA.

A memorial service for Kathy will be held at 10:00 am. Friday, Oct 6, 2023 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 3333 Duffield Ave, Loveland, CO 80538 with a reception to follow. A livestream of the service is available at: https://youtube.com/live/7P32HUP7WU8?feature=share
