Bill was born on August 20, 1941 in Louisville to Marion Rodgers and Sandra Timmerman.
Bill retired from Allied Systems and was a member of Teamsters Local #89.
He had a lifelong passion for motorcycles and cars, and he especially loved to ride motorcycles with his friends.
Bill is preceded in death by his father, Marion and maternal grandparents, Pearl and W.B. Whitehouse.
Bill is survived by his children, Bobby Warren, Dana Richards (Travis), and Sandy Rodgers (Royce Meredith); his mother, Sandra; longtime girlfriend, Betty McGavic; step-daughter, Jennifer McGavic; grandchildren, Chrisanna, David Kyle, and Zachary Warren, and Lucille, Wyatt, and Ian Richards; and three great-grandchildren.
There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Bill at 12pm Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at Evergreen Funeral Home, with entombment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-8pm on Monday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to Toys for Tots.
