William J. Kinley Jr.

William “Bill” Jefferson Kinley, Jr., 80, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on June 8, 2024. He was born to the late William and Dorothy Kinley on July 16, 1943. Bill worked as a truck driver and was a U.S. Marine Veteran. He was a member of Parkland Baptist Church.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents, William and Dorothy Kinley; brothers, John Kinley, Jimmy Kinley, and Tex Kinley; and sisters, Evelyn Avery and Debbie Carter.

He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Betty Kinley; children, Robert Kinley, Robin Bilyeu (Charlie), Lisa McBurney (Jerry), and Barry Graves (Lea Ann); grandkids, Tom Pitt (Keshia), Kimberly Hagedorn (Edward), Kristin Slone (TJ), Hannah Ruth, Matthew Kellner, Leah Cecil (Josh), Richard Latta, and Steven Riddle (Lynsey); and six great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at Evergreen Funeral Home on Friday, June 14, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be Thursday, June 13, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Evergreen Funeral Home. Bill will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery.
