William Roger Cundiff, 86, died Monday, February 22, 2021. He was born November 9, 1934 the son of Waverly Earl and Anna Marie Gilezan Cundiff.
William was the owner of Cundiff Construction for 40 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Jo Ann Cundiff, and one daughter, Janiece Cundiff.
He is survived by one son, William R. Cundiff, Jr., two daughters: Jill Miller (Robert) and Kimberly Cundiff, five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Visitation will be held Saturday, March 6, 2021 from 3 PM to 6 PM at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven 4400 Bardstown Road Louisville, Kentucky 40218.
In lieu of flowers family request memorial gifts be made to the American cancer society.
