William was born on May 1, 1944 in Hyden, KY, to the late William and Polly Caudill. He was a member of the Salt River Masonic Lodge #180, the Scottish Rite, the Kosair Shriners and the Teamsters. Along with his parents, his son, Jonathan C. Caudill and sister, Ella Fay Karr has preceded him in death.
Here to carry on his memory are his wife of 35 years, Brenda Caudill; sons, Richard Caudill (Marlene) and Greg Caudill (Kristin); grandchildren, Jonathan Scott Caudill (Michelle Lewis), Rachel Cox (Kelly), Alisa, Caleb and Billy Caudill; great grandchildren, Adley, Aurora and Declan; sister, Barbara Scott (David); and so many cousins that will miss him dearly.
Visitation will be from 12-2pm and a Masonic Service will begin at 1:30pm on Saturday, December 8th at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home, 4400 Bardstown Rd. A service honoring William will begin at 2pm on Saturday, with entombment to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park.
