Once we were setting on adjustment committee together and he got the giggles. He was like that. Sunshine when the job was bleak.

All KSR employees who had the pleasure of working with Bill wish to express condolences. May the light of Divine Providence shine upon Bill for all eternity.

I worked with Bill at KSR on E-Squad,  It was always a chalange , and it was nice to work with his wife Charlene, When I was a Drill SGT, with the 100th Div. we all worked at KSR,  remember after he got Promoted, I had a habit of calling him Big Daddy Bill….He all ways smiled and told me not to do that….I love this man…You will be missed my Brother…Condolences to Charlene and the family.

William "Bill" Briscoe was a mentor, a supervisor, and above all, he was a good friend!  I can proudly declare that the knowledge he shared with me greatly enhanced my career in corrections/criminal justice, and also helped to forge my character.  From his work with the National Major Gang Task Force, to our E-Sqad's, Bill was the ultimate professional and a great man On and Off the Job.  My prayers and condolences to Charlene and all of Bill's family.

Bill was a great friend, I worked at WKCC and whenever he came down, me and him went fishing. Took him frog gigging one time and he gigged a water moccasin... LOL I never seen a big man move like he did! Good times! Bill RIP ill have your family in my prayers. God Bless.

bill Briscoe shines bright in my memory; as well as many others

my heartiest sorry to Charlene and family. bill was a fine officer in the dept. of corrections; that I had the pleasure of working with for several years. not only was bill a fine officer, but a fine man that I as well as many will miss. a simple sorry, sympathy or condolences seems hollow and I can only say that I feel you pain and sense of loss. we look forward to that day of a joyous reunion

I knew William Edward Briscoe from working with/for him at the Kentucky state reformatory. mr. Briscoe was a great supervisor who talked to you, not at you.
