Wayne Edward Hornback
September 16, 1953 – January 11, 2018
IN THE CARE OF
HORNBACK, Wayne Edward, 64, entered into rest on Thursday, January 11th.
He was a retired paint supervisor with PPG and an Army veteran.
Mr. Hornback was preceded in rest by his parents, Paul and Beaverly Hornback; a brother, Scott Hornback; and a sister, Paulette Peak.
He is survived by three sons, David Hornback (Sharon), Reggie Hornback, and Dustin Hornback; four grandchildren, Hunter, Cody, Charles and Jarrett Hornback; and a brother, Shane Hornback (Debbie).
His committal service will be Thursday, January 18th, at 12:30 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff, KY.
