Wade is preceded in death by his father Wade G. Purtilar Jr.
Survivors include his loving wife, Kelly Purtilar; 4 children, Cody, Austin, Taylor, and Trey; mother, Debbie; siblings Willie and Brittany; and two very special nephews Landen and Ethan.
His funeral service will be on Friday, April 5 at 3:00 pm at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home and Cremations Services-Okolona. Visitation will be Thursday 12-8 pm. Burial at Fairmount Cemetery following the service.
