Vivian Lee Wise

Vivian Lee Wise, 80, of Louisville, passed away August 19, 2022. She was a retired bus driver for Jefferson County Public Schools. She was a member of St. Stephen Lutheran Church and attended Christ Lutheran Church. She was also a member of Eastern Star Purity Chapter 116, Ladies Auxiliary at Highland Park Lodge, Clan No. 3 "Derby City" Grand & Glorious Order of Hillbilly Degree, Robinson-Plumb Square Club, Ladies Auxiliary at the Aahmed Grotto, and she was a squaredancer with the Cardinal Twirlers.

Vivian was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Hallie Ashton; and her brother, Chester Allen. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Roy "Bill" Wise; daughters, Holly Carey(Jim) and Sherry Scott; grandchildren, William Scott(Kayla) and Olivia Scott Miller(Kenneth); great-grandchildren, Willow Scott and Elizabeth Scott; brother, Stewart Brown; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A memorial visitation will be held from 3pm-6pm on Thursday, September 1, 2022 at Christ Lutheran Church, 9212 Taylorsville Rd. Louisville, KY. A memorial service will follow at 6pm that Thursday at the church. Memorial donations in Vivian's memory can be made to Christ Lutheran Church.
