Vickie L. Brown, 67, of Louisville, passed away January 17, 2015. She retired from Jefferson County Public Schools system after having served 27 years as a counselor. She was a graduate of Seneca High School, attended Murray State University, and received her Masters degree from Western Kentucky University.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Gamie Brown; and her parents, Thomas and Thelma Walker.
Survivors include her daughter, Megan Brown; stepsons, Shaun Brown and Michael Brown; and stepgrandson, Max Brown.
Funeral service will be 2pm Saturday, January 24, 2015 at Evergreen Funeral Home with private entombment in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 3-8pm Friday.
