Taylor, Velma Lois, 87, entered into eternal rest on November 2, 2015. Velma was a loving and caring woman. Her family and faith meant the world to her. Velma was a lifetime member of Calvary Holiness Church.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 60 years, Hascle Taylor.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Wayne Taylor (Betty) and Ruth Stilger (John); 4 granddaughters; 9 great grandchildren; one great, great grandson; brother, Joe Thompson (Barbara); sister, Roberta Yaggi; and one half-sister, Sue Lester (Jim).
A Celebration of Life will be Friday at noon at Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be Thursday from 2:00 pm-8:00 pm and Friday 10:00 am until the time of service. Burial will be private at Evergreen Cemetery.
The family wishes that memorial contributions be made in Velma’s name to Hosparus of Louisville because of the excellent care they provided.
