He was born October 23, 1992 in Louisville, Kentucky, the son of Richard E. and Anne (Smalley) Elliott.
Tyler was a 2011 graduate of Saint Xavier High School, attended University of Kentucky and graduated from Campbellsville University.
Survivors include his parents, Rick and Anne Elliott; two sisters, Megan Hedges (Nathan) and Kate Elliott (Colin Schaffner); two grandmothers, Pat Smalley and Anna Thompson; aunts and uncles, John Smalley (Manya), Linda Medley (Melissa), Tina Colliver; Phillip Elliott (Wendy), Lisa Smith (Jimmy), Tony Elliott (Susan), as well as many cousins and friends, along with all of his work family at Brix Wine Bar and Bistro.
Visitation will be held from 10am -2pm on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at Arch L. Heady-Cralle Funeral Home, 2428 Frankfort Ave. Followed by a Graveside service at 2:30 PM on Wednesday at Calvary Cemetery, 1600 Newburg Rd.
