Born on October 23, 2023, to Keisha and Trey McCarthy Sr., he was a cherished light in the lives of all who knew him.
Trey Jr. will be deeply missed by his loving parents, his adoring siblings Ava, Amaree, Jaylah, and Kyro, and his doting grandparents, Judy & Michael McCarthy Sr., Angela Garner, and Michael Young Jr. His great-grandparents, Nedra and Michael Young Sr., will also hold his memory dear.
In his brief time with us, Trey Jr. found delight in the simplest of pleasures. Whether giggling with Elmo, playing his favorite game of patty-cake, or enjoying his many toys, he radiated a quiet happiness that was contagious. With every smile and burst of laughter, Trey Jr. spread love effortlessly, touching hearts in a profound way that will forever resonate with his family.
A visitation for Trey will be held Tuesday, April 15, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40218. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 1:00 PM, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40218. A graveside service will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 2:00 PM.
