Tommy was a member of Pipefitters Local #502.
He is survived by his daughters, Tiffani Miller (Billy) and Kristie Johnson (John); grandchildren, Addison Johnson and Tanner Miller; parents, Gilbert and Romilda "Millie" Mayes; siblings, Russell Mayes (Susie), Pamela Hart (Buddy), Richard "Rick" Mayes, James "Jimmy" Mayes (Diana), Terry Mayes (Tammy), and Ron Mayes; and a host of friends.
Funeral service to honor the life of Tommy will be held 2pm on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4623 Preston Highway, with entombment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-8pm on Monday and from 11am-2pm on Tuesday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to American Cancer Society.
