Co) by his beloved grandparents, Pa Will

And Granny Adams. Preceded in death

By his parents, Thomas Richard Leaver, Sr.

And Estelle Adams Leaver; grandparents,

Will and Selma Adams of Kettle, KY.

He is survived by his wife of 23 years,

Leah Leaver; son, Steven Leaver(Sommer);

Stepdaughters, Amanda Muss(Stacie) and

Lindsey Muss; the apple of his eye, grand-

Daughter, Skylar Madison Muss; brothers,

Jimmy Leaver(Becky) and Tommy Adams(Ruth),

Both of Indianapolis, IN. He is also survived

By many nieces, nephews and cousins whom

Loved him dearly.

Visitation will be on Thursday, July 4, 2013,

From 2-8pm and also on Friday from 10am

Till time of service at the W. G. Hardy Funeral
