He was born to the late Buddy Hollinsead and Dolly Wegert Hollinsead on May 22, 1945 in Louisville, KY. He is also preceded in death by his wife, Judith Kuhn.
Thomas is survived by his children, Jennifer Howell (Chris) and Thomas Kuhn, Jr. (Stacy); grandchildren, Lisa Haley (Ben), Kandace Kuhn (Mike), Tonya Kuhn (Joey), Bryan Kuhn (Tearson), Loren Bergner (T.J.), Ross Metras, Henry Jandl, Scott Bambini, Lamar Calloway, Jr. and Nathaniel Calloway; and many loving great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Services will be private for the family.
Thomas will be laid to rest at Resthaven Memorial Park.
