He was born in Johnson City, TN on January 28, 1937 to the late Thomas Jr. and Olena Jones. He is also preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Gale Campbell Jones, children; Sandy Myer and Mike Jones.
Left to cherish his memory are his son, Scott Jones (Shari); daughter, Sue Ann DaPonte (Dan); grandson, Matt Jones (Ashley); and three great-granddaughters, Nora, Claire, and Lydia Jones.
Friends may attend a visitation from 2-4pm on Sunday November 13, 2022 at Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Rd. Louisville, KY 40222. A service to celebrate Thomas’s life will follow at 4pm on Sunday at the funeral home.
