He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas James Sr. and Maria Brown; sisters, Carol and Sis; nephew, Dougie; and sister-in-law, Karen Pinkston.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 36 short years, Grace A. Brown; children, Rebekah Kimzey (Mike), Laura Wittmer, Greg Brown (Jennifer) and Todd Brown (Bev); grandchildren, Calie, Cole, Dustin and Olivia; his supporting sister-in-laws and brother-in-law, Bonnie Farley, Cherie Kenney, Debbie Dyer, Lena Roff and Tom Cecil; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Thomas was a long time faithful member and Deacon at South Louisville Christian Church. He loved his church family.
Visitation will be Wednesday, January 1, 2020 from 2 pm-8 pm and Thursday from 9 am-12 pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held Thursday, January 2, 2020 at 12 pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel with entombment at Resthaven Memorial Park.
