She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Michael Newton; and sisters, Elaine Hesen, Doris Schroering, Loretta Raymer and Rosie Peebles.
Mrs. Newton is survived by her children, Michelle Massey (Damon) and Mike Newton; granddaughters, Julia and Caroline Massey and Ella and Claire Newton; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 am on Monday, March 4, 2024 at St. Gabriel Catholic Church (5505 Bardstown Rd) with interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 3, 2024 from 3 pm until 7 pm at Arch L Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home (4400 Bardstown Rd).
