Chapman, Theresa Evelyn, 93, passed away June 20, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Chapman; sisters, Mary Bogel and Elizabeth Hannaway; and brothers, William Wells and James Wells.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Evelyn Ayre (Bob) and Linda Ayre (Jim); grandchildren, Robin Stacy (Louis), Mike Ayre (Kristie) and Sandy Coke (James); and 8 great-grandchildren.
A private memorial service will be held at Evergreen Funeral Home.
