Terry Ray Johnson, 64, of Louisville, passed away January 1, 2021. He was retired from MSD and was a coach at River City Turners Gym at the time of his death. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Betty Johnson; and his children, Melissa and Matthew Johnson. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Mary Louise Johnson; son, Jeremiah; grandchildren, Gwen, Jeremiah, Jodie, and Lexie; brothers, Ronnie, Billy, Danny, Dale, and Bob Johnson; and his mother-in-law, Dorothy Carr. Funeral service will be 2pm Monday, January 18, 2021 at Evergreen Funeral Home with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8pm Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial donations in Terry’s memory can be made to his family to be set aside for his grandchildren’s college funds.
