Terry Alan Cotner

Terry Alan Cotner, 71 passed away on Tuesday, December 3, 2024. He was born in Fort Knox, Kentucky to the late Conway and Anna Cotner on April 9, 1953. Terry worked at Brown & Williamson, G.E., Rainbow Company, and Siemens. He was a huge UK fan! Terry loved watching UK Basketball, listening to music by Bob Dylan and the band Poco, he enjoyed bowling, golf, and playing cards. He was a member of the Mason's Fern Creek Lodge #955 since 1982. Most of all Terry loved spending as much time as possible with his grandchildren.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents; wife of 24 years, Carolyn Jean Cotner; son, Timothy Cotner; and sister, Patty Weaver.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Raymond Catlett (Kelly), Shannon Bailes (Greg), Tony Cotner; grandchildren, Raymond (Brittany), Trent, Laila, Scarlett (Christof), Savanna, Gavin, Trinity, Melody; 6 great grandchildren; former wife of 24 years, Charlotte Ward; several extended family members and many loving friends.

Visitation for Terry will be Sunday, December 8, 2024 from 1pm until 7pm at Arch L Heady Funeral Home - Okolona Chapel. The Funeral Service will be Monday, December 9, 2024 at 10am at the funeral home. Burial will be Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at 1pm at Highland Memory Gardens, Mt. Washington, Kentucky.
