Terry Lewis Ash, 63, of Louisville passed away on Thursday August 12, 2021. He was born on May 2, 1958 in Louisville to the late Paul and Jo Ann (Lewis) Ash. Terry was a former auto parts delivery man, and a Christian by faith. He is survived by several cousins and extended family. Funeral service for Terry will be held at 1 pm on Monday in the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. with interment to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
