Steven Wayne Cook 52, of Louisville, passed away July 17, 2014. Steven was born in Louisville to the late Floyd Jr. and Ruth Brown Cook.
Steven had a passion for his guns and target shooting, woodworking, gardening and growing flowers.
Steven is survived by his wife, Melissa Mason Cook, , daughter; Kristen Cook, and son; Kyle Cook, 3 grandchildren, 2 sisters; Candy Garrett, and Rebecca Eaves and a brother Terry Cook, and his cousin Jeff Moody.
A celebration of Steven’s Life will be 2pm July 23 at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven 4400 Bardstown Rd. with interment at Resthaven Memorial Park.
Visitation will be 1 to 8 pm Tuesday July 22 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be to the American Cancer Society or The Arrow Fund.
