Sidney A. Brown

Lord, Jesus Christ during the early evening of Friday, July 6, 2012.

He was a Deacon and a lifelong member of Kosmosdale Baptist

Church, a retired union carpenter by trade, a member of Local 64 and was a U.S. Navy Veteran.

He was an avid and passionate fan of the Kentucky Wildcats and the Green Bay Packers.

Sidney was born on July 22, 1946 to the late John L. (Winnie) Brown and the Late Anna L. Pacey.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 42 years, Nancy Sharon Foley Brown.

Survivors include his children; Jimmy (Dawn),

John (Paula), Jody (Amy) and Josh (Regina);

Sister, Vicky Foley (Larry); Step brother, Tommy Blair (Brenda);

grandchildren, Courtney Brown, Tiffany Adams(Kevin), Johnny Brown,

Sara and Hannah Ammons, Destiny Brown,

Morgan and Sara Rose Brown; great-grand-

Children, Ava Higgs and Matthias Adams.

Visitation will be on Sunday, July 8, from 3-8,

Monday, July 9, 12-8 at the W. G. Hardy

Funeral Home, 10907 Dixie Hwy and at the

Church after 11am on Tuesday.

Funeral services will be on Tuesday, July 10,

12pm at the Kosmosdale Baptist Church, 7012

Shipley Lane, Valley Station with burial following in

Bethany Memorial Cemetery.
