Shirley Ann Sullivan

She was born on April 14, 1938 in Louisville, KY to the late Albert J. Sondergeld, Sr. and Hazel Phelps.

Shirley is also preceded in death by her brother, Albert J. Sondergeld, Jr.; sons, Philip Sullivan & John Sullivan; daughter, Brenda Sullivan; and husband, Warren Sullivan.

Shirley is survived by her children, Debbie Hoffman (Chuck), Michael Sullivan (Debbie) and Mary Tracy; sisters, Patricia Robertson and Brenda Braun; grandchildren, Phillip Sullivan, Jr. (Trena), Dorothy Carpenter, Edward Sullivan, Catherine Sullivan, Brian Sullivan and Bobby Tracy; great-grandchildren, Bailey Carpenter, Nick Sullivan, Colby Carpenter, Phillip Sullivan, III, Sophia Sullivan and Tori Sullivan.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5, 2020 from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven (4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218). A service to honor the life of Shirley will be held Tuesday at 12 noon at the funeral home. A private burial will be held at Resthaven Memorial Park.
